Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Client focus and team player.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, supervising and coordinating the activities of staff in a fast food outlet or concession. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
