Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to management.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff in the use of safety equipment and gear, and ensure that they are properly maintained.
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure that staff are working efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
