Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Machine Operator to join our production team at EPL Plastics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various plastic processing machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain plastic processing machines, including calender machines, extruding machines, and moulding machines.
  • Weigh and mix resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to formulae.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a noisy environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Overtime may be required, and the position is physically demanding.
