Hiring for Machine Operator at Concept Plastics Limited
  • Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments on equipment.
  • Quality control: inspect the material produced and ensure it meets our standards.
  • Operate the mixing machine to blend plastic and chemicals to the required consistency and viscosity.
  • Unload the mixture into a container or conveyor for further processing.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution.
  • Set up and operate calender machines to produce continuous sheets or films of specific thickness.
  • Adjust calender rollers for production line changes.
  • Operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die.
  • Set up and operate moulding machines to mould plastic products.
  • Inventory management: organize and maintain stock levels.
  • Trim and sand plastic or fiberglass parts.
Requirements
  • Reliability and accuracy are essential for this role.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
