Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Stouffville Husky/Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control
  • Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints
  • Order merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:

Our gas station is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
