Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

At STOUFFVILLE HUSKY/ESSO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control
  • Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop staff
  • Oversee payroll administration and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
