Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Stouffville Husky/Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage cash handling, inventory, and merchandise ordering
  • Authorize payments, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • Establish work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and manage cash
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
