Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Stouffville Husky/Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control to minimize losses and optimize sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:

Our gas station is a non-smoking environment with a fast-paced atmosphere. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
