Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Stouffville Husky/Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage cash handling, inventory, and merchandise ordering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
Work Environment:

Our gas station is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a non-smoking environment and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
