We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Penstock Electric. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, oversee payroll administration, and arrange travel and related itineraries.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. They will be responsible for greeting people, directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

The Administrative Coordinator will also conduct research, perform data entry, and recruit and hire workers. They will work closely with the office and volunteer staff to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
