Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SPARK FREIGHT SYSTEMS. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, directing staff, and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, directing staff, and establishing office procedures and routines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases to ensure efficient and effective administrative processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other software applications as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
