About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at 8864853 Canada Inc. as a key member of our spa operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule spa services and treatments to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal client satisfaction.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on spa operations, including sales, client feedback, and staff performance.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Requisition and manage spa supplies and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service delivery in the spa.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Environment
