Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at 8864853 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for spa staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure client safety.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, maintaining open communication with management and staff.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Supervision and Teamwork:

The Spa Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent standing for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with high levels of customer interaction.
