About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at 8864853 Canada Inc. as a key member of our spa operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Spa Operations
    • Plan and manage the daily schedule of spa staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal client flow.
  • Client Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional client service, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
  • Emergency Response and Reporting
    • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure client safety and well-being.
    • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Directly supervise 1-2 team members, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure optimal performance and job satisfaction.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
    • Stand for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain comfort and productivity.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Demonstrate exceptional client focus, interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication skills.
    • Exhibit flexibility, initiative, and sound judgment, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
    • Display a high level of organization, reliability, and teamwork, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 1-7 months of experience in a spa or related environment, with a strong understanding of spa operations and client service principles.
    • Permanent employment, with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
