Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at 8864853 Canada Inc. as a key member of our spa operations team.

Job Summary:

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule work for spa staff, ensuring that all services are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality experience.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing a calm and professional response to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
