Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Supervisor to join our team at 8864853 Canada Inc. as a key member of our spa operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for spa staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demand.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Requisitioning: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked spa environment.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and maintaining a high level of productivity under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
