Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence;
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and events;
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic inquiries;
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks;
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in database software, MS Office, Quick Books, and Microsoft Dynamics AX (x++);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines;
  • Organized, time management, and attention to detail are essential skills for this role;
