Job Title: Program Manager – Nursing Innovation Program
Job Summary:
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the Nursing Innovation Program. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a bachelor's degree in nursing and registration with a regulated college. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in mental health and addictions services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive the programming and coordination of activities related to the Nursing New Graduate Initiative, Clinical Extern program, Clinical Scholar, and SPEP.
- Collaborate with clinical programs, P&E, and other stakeholders to lead the NGG residency program, clinical extern, IEN, and Clinical Scholar's Program.
- Support the advancement of Ministry-funded Nursing initiatives.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among supported programs, clinical programs, and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and coordination activities to nurse educators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and registration with a regulated college.
- 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in mental health and addictions services.
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with internal and external partners.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
