About the Role
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a skilled Nursing Innovation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Practice Office, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive programming and coordination of activities related to the NGGs, CEs, IENs, and clinical scholars program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the development and execution of strategies that drive the programming and coordination of activities related to the NGGs, CEs, IENs, and clinical scholars program.
- Collaborate with clinical programs, P&E, and other relevant stakeholders to lead the NGG residency program, the clinical extern, the IEN, and Clinical Scholar's Program.
- Support the advancement of all Ministry-funded Nursing initiatives.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among all supported programs, clinical programs, and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and coordination activities to nurse educators.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in nursing is required, along with registration and good standing with a regulated college. A master's degree in Nursing or Health Administration is preferred. 1 to 3 years of management experience (project management and/or people management) is required. Experience with mental health and addictions services is required. Previous experience in third-party clinical service provision is an asset.
