Program Manager, Integrated Specialty Program Leader

Job Summary
Spectrum Health Care is seeking a skilled Program Manager, Integrated Specialty Programs to lead a diverse team in delivering high-quality, integrated care in the community. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and managing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and ensuring seamless program operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program development and design clinical workflows to support innovative models of care.
- Recruit and onboard team members, ensuring they have the necessary attributes, training, and skills.
- Lead and mentor the team to consistently meet high care quality standards.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to implement and maintain exemplary practices.
- Address quality, safety, and risk issues, and develop improvement plans as needed.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, initiating improvements or process changes when required.
- Contribute to improved client outcomes through evidence-informed practices and resource efficiency.
Requirements
- Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse, degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Manager, preferably in a community setting.
- Experience managing in a union environment is an asset.
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods related to leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with program development, implementation, and evaluation.
