Job Summary

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, Integrated Specialty Program to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing high-performing teams comprised of Nurses, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Allied Health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program development and design clinical workflows to support innovative models of care
  • Recruit and onboard team members, ensuring they have the necessary attributes, training, and skills
  • Lead and mentor the team to consistently meet high care quality standards
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to implement and maintain exemplary practices
  • Address quality, safety, and risk issues, and develop improvement plans as needed
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators, initiating improvements or process changes when required
  • Contribute to improved client outcomes through evidence-informed practices and resource efficiency

Qualifications

  • Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse, degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Manager, preferably in a community setting
  • Experience managing in a union environment is an asset
  • Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods related to leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with program development, implementation, and evaluation
