About the Position

The Regional Staff Health Nurse – (Nurse B) plays a vital role in promoting employee health and wellness across the region. In collaboration with other staff health nurses and facility immunizers, this position develops and implements programs to support the well-being of employees.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • To develop and implement programs related to employee health and wellness across the region.
  • To work collaboratively with other staff health nurses and facility immunizers to ensure consistency in staff immunization and tracking systems.
  • To provide coordination and consistency in staff immunization and tracking systems as well as other employee health initiatives.

Requirements

">
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Immunization Competencies Course.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Change management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

">
  • Certification in Occupational Health or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience in occupational health/public health setting preferred.
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

Compensation

">

This position offers a competitive salary range of $42,040 to $52,440 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
