About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Saskatchewan Hospital in North Battleford.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards of practice.
  • To promote organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK and the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and competency in psychiatric nursing assessments, care planning & treatment.
  • Knowledge of commonly used psychotropic medications and the Mental Health Services Act.

Benefits:

This full-time regular position offers a competitive salary range of $38,580 to $50,070 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Estimated Salary Range: $48,150 - $62,785 per year
