**About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Careers in Sask as a part-time regular Nurse Specialist.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. They will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a model of care that integrates best practices, advanced technology, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $38.58 to $50.07 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
