Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree, three years of nursing experience, and one year of community nursing experience. Additionally, they must be registered/eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
Responsibilities- Provide clinical assessment and treatment strategies that reflect in-depth knowledge of the care populations
- Build partnerships with individuals, families, and communities through community needs assessments, inter-professional collaboration, and continuous improvement projects
- Develop and deliver formal education programs to promote health and wellness
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
- Three years of nursing experience
- One year of community nursing experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS)
- A competitive salary range of $52,590 to $62,910 per year, commensurate with experience
