We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Shared Health Inc. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients and staff on mammography procedures and techniques.
- Diagnostic Imaging: Conduct mammography exams using state-of-the-art equipment and technology, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, addressing their concerns and needs throughout the examination process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Certification: Certification of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and gain experience in mammography procedures and techniques.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Setting: Willingness to relocate and work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
