About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Moosomin Country Squire Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to meet the needs of our housekeeping team.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate our housekeeping team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of our housekeeping services.
