Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that all necessary items are available.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and dismiss staff as needed to maintain a high-performing team.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Public transportation is available, and the work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
Personal Qualities:- Client focus and dependability are essential for this role.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Organized and a team player with a strong work ethic.
