Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet the needs of the department.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure that housekeeping services are aligned with the needs of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. A high level of client focus, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
