Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Plan and Coordinate Activities: Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Monitor Quality: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the quality of work meets our high standards.
- Maintain Inventory and Supplies: Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that the housekeeping department has everything needed to perform their duties.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all staff are trained on emergency procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high level of attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. A high level of client focus, dependability, and organized approach to work is essential for this role.
