Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Plan and Purchase Equipment and Supplies: Plan and coordinate the purchase of equipment and supplies to ensure that the housekeeping department has the necessary resources to perform its duties.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas that require attention and ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all housekeeping staff are trained on safety procedures.
  • Manage Inventory and Scheduling: Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment, and schedule the duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
