Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that all staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Hire and dismiss staff as necessary to ensure that the housekeeping team is well-staffed and equipped to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Work Environment:

The Executive Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The role requires standing for extended periods and working in a team environment.
