At Voyageur Aviation Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled Aviation NDT Operations Manager to join our team. Based in North Bay, Ontario, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of specialized aviation services.

About the Role

We are an integrated provider of advanced engineering and maintenance capabilities, part sales, logistics management, aircraft leasing, and contract flying operations. As our NDT Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our NDT division run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating resources, providing direction and mentorship to staff, ensuring quality procedures are followed, and completing financial reporting. You will also actively participate in our Safety Management System and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Certification in NDT methods, Eddy Current Testing (ET), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) from Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) Level 2
  • National Aerospace Standard (NAS) 410 Level 2 qualifications considered
  • Excellent technical knowledge of NDT techniques, services, and procedures
  • Good financial management, budgeting, and vendor management skills
  • Advance level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
