As a key member of the Quality Control team, the Technical Records Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Canadian and foreign Aviation Regulations and the MPM.

  • Audit technical documents for accuracy, completeness, neatness, and compliance
  • Sort and review journey and technical logbook pages for Voyageur Aerotech managed aircraft
  • Transcribe technical logbook entries for Major Components, Engines, APUs, and Propellers

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field and a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.

Additionally, you should possess computer proficiency with Office 365 and be quick to learn new technology.

We offer a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, and our headquarters are located in North Bay, Ontario.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
