Insurance Portfolio Coordinator

Foster client growth and retention by collaborating with HUB advisors. Engage with clients through calls and emails, review their insurance and investment portfolios, and prepare essential information for meetings. Ensure smooth transactions and handle service inquiries, contributing to a seamless and supportive client experience.

A Day in the Life:

  • Follow up on leads and opportunities from client calls and emails
  • Review clients' insurance and investment portfolios to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare policy and account information for client meetings
  • Summarize and act on post-client meeting notes and activities
  • Facilitate transactions and trades
  • Manage client service inquiries
  • Complete life insurance changes and forms
  • Handle insurance and investment applications with accuracy and compliance
  • Initiate proactive communication with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and meet their financial needs
  • Cultivate new client relationships by demonstrating the value of our services
  • Identify potential areas for portfolio growth and propose suitable strategies to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Clear written and oral communication skills; able to express concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, approachable, and engaging
  • Eager to learn and grow within HUB
  • Ability to build relationships and network within the insurance/investment industry
  • Experience in using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Segregated Fund, and Life Insurance products is an asset
  • LLQP & Mutual Fund License are both considered an asset
