Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at Hub Financial Inc. This role involves collaborating with our advisors to foster client growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through calls and emails to review their insurance and investment portfolios.
- Prepare essential information for meetings and ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle service inquiries and contribute to a seamless client experience.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities from client interactions.
- Review clients' portfolios to identify growth opportunities and propose suitable strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, approachable, and engaging.
- Ability to build relationships and network within the insurance/investment industry.
- Experience in using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s).
