Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and visitors at our Vaughan, ON location. This role requires a high level of multitasking, with responsibilities including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, data entry, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Associates degree in business administration or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills are preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Access reports and Excel
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data, and provide recommendations to management

The Front Desk Receptionist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
