Front Desk Coordinator

The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and visitors at our Vaughan, ON location. This role requires a high level of multitasking, with responsibilities including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, data entry, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Associates degree in business administration or equivalent experience is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills are preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Access reports and Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data, and provide recommendations to management
