Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and direct visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and handle calls and messages efficiently.
  • Ensure the front office runs smoothly, maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
  • Support our Facilities Department with various tasks, including security-related duties and seating plan updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments on projects and tasks, utilizing your problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, leveraging your knowledge and experience to contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business setting, with a proven track record of multitasking and attention to detail.
