Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage waitlists, and ensure timely communication with clients and therapists.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative duties as needed.
  • Communication: Collaborate with therapists, managers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic scheduling software.
