Key Responsibilities:

* Be a subject matter expert for several of our third-party technical solutions
* Represent the voice of Expedia Cruises' business needs and various stakeholders
* Drive overall awareness and adoption of these third-party platforms throughout the organization
* Troubleshoot, problem solve, and improve
* Manage new feature rollouts and feedback loops
* Provide regular, clear, and concise status updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

* 3-5 years experience in program management or program support
* Expertise in problem-solving, project coordination, planning, process development, and improvement skills
* Degree in business or related discipline
* Highly organized and able to adapt to changing needs with excellent attention to detail
* Solid interpersonal skills including cross-functional team collaboration and service oriented
* Strong written and oral communication skills in complex scenarios

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range: $71,500.00 to $100,000.00
* Potential to increase pay up to $114,500.00 based on performance
