This role will focus on building, automating, optimizing, and designing the infrastructure that supports an effective recruiter, candidate, and employee experience. If you excel in process improvement, leadership, and implementation, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously assess and improve recruiting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR Technology, and Total Rewards, to implement new processes and drive business outcomes.
Identify and implement process efficiencies and automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle, assessing existing manual processes and optimizing them for maximum impact.
Collaborate with TA managers and leaders to enable, optimize, and standardize processes globally, driving consistency and excellence.
Lead position management tracking and improvements in Workday, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
Oversee TA system renewals, vendor management, and assessment, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Provide reporting and analytics support for TA Ops and TA, delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Lead a team of 4 Recruiting Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive team success.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in People Operations, ideally supporting HR/TA transactions and partnerships.
Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects and programs, with experience in system implementation and process improvement.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in Workday and other scheduling tools.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing coordinating teams and driving business outcomes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee experience.
