Nurse Practitioner

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular wellness visits for residents to identify and address their needs.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop and implement care plans that promote the highest quality of life for our residents.
- Monitor and document resident health status, including vital signs and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
- Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
