  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics for management reports
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry tasks
