About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ice and Spice Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of staff in various areas of responsibility.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the restaurant.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Events and Marketing
    • Manage events and functions in the restaurant, ensuring that they are well-organized and executed.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting
    • Willing to relocate.
  • Work Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
