Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at RB FRONTLINE SECURITY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
