Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily operations strategies to maximize profitability and achieve annual business goals for the after-sales department.
  • Supervise and train a team of workshop and road technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance assessments.
  • Measure and analyze performance and productivity standards to drive continuous improvement and meet annual objectives.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards for both internal and external clients.
  • Develop and implement a business plan to increase sales volume for the service department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by conducting thorough searches and meeting client needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular visits and needs assessments.
  • Ensure all department tools and equipment are available and well-maintained to support efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • A college or university degree or diploma in a field related to mechanics or parts, or a related field.
  • Three years' experience in a supervisory and personnel management position in an after-sales services department.
  • Strong passion for agriculture, business, or the industrial field.
  • Bilingual (French and English) for some locations.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, planning, and leadership skills.
