Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at NBC. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Advisors, Customer Service Managers, and business development support staff to achieve business objectives and provide superior customer service.
  • Mobilize the team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NBC's policies and procedures.
  • Act as the Administrative Unit Compliance Officer (RCUA) to oversee all mutual fund representatives (RCNs) assigned to the unit.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key business partners.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) and ten years of experience, or University Certificate and nine years of experience, Bachelor's degree option finance and seven years of experience, or Master's degree and five years of experience.
  • Experience in managing and coaching a consulting/business development team.
  • Experience in business development in the financial field.
  • Be a mutual fund representative.
  • Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3 to 6 months of hiring.
