Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our after-sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency in the after-sales department.
- Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing training and performance assessments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze productivity standards for workshop and road technicians, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement annual business plans to increase sales volume for the service department.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all department tools and equipment are available and in good working condition, recommending purchases as needed.
- Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety standards and policies in the workplace.
- Education: College or university degree or diploma in a field related to mechanics or parts.
- Experience: Three years' experience in a supervisory and personnel management position in an after-sales services department.
- Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, planning, and leadership skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Language: Bilingual (French and English) for some stores.
- Monthly and Annual Bonus Plan: Based on department results.
- Group Insurance: After 3 months of seniority.
