Fernie, Canada Resort of the Canadian Rockies Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Supervisor to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a key member of our Winter Sports School, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales and service staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and service initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and service leadership, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
