We are looking to fill the position of WSS Sales Agent at Fernie Alpine Resort . Reporting to the WSS Director, this full-time winter seasonal position requiresthe ideal candidate to have winter sports school experience, strong customerservice skills and a positive attitude. We focus on building and maintaininglong-lasting relationships with our staff and guests and encourage you to come join our team and enjoy perks such as discounts on lodging and lessons, endless ski/snowboard privileges, employee events, food and beverage discounts, and much much more

You Will:

Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity Manage cash handling and reconciliations Have an in-depth accurate knowledge of all WSS products and resort events Enter all bookings into the resort WSS software program Answer telephone and email information requests for all lesson and product inquiries Create an atmosphere of relationship building for the guests at initiation of sales and inquiry process Maintain and abide by
